We are looking for talented, hard working assistants to help our rapidly growing start-up scale. In particular, we are looking for Executive Assistants to provide coordination and logistical support for our Chief Technology Officer, VP of Product, and VP of Hardware Engineering. Additionally, your role will focus on planning activities and events that drive culture and connectivity across the executive's team and the entire company.Responsibilities- Coordinate and set up team meetings, stand-ups, all-hands, and board meetings and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple VP- / C-level executives
- Help organize team events (offiste trips, happy hours, speaker series, culture events, etc.) with the need to balance employees who are both remote (via Zoom) and in-person
- Partner with vendors, other EAs, and other stakeholders on company/team initiatives and events
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong work ethic and drive -- a willingness to go above and beyond is key
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1+ year(s) as an Executive Assistant, or 3 years relevant experience
- Event planning and coordinating experience preferred
