Job Description


As our Compensation Analyst reporting to our Director, Compensation, you will apply your knowledge of compensation practices and methods to analyze, interpret, and summarize your findings relative to our Global Total Rewards practices. You will participate in the design and administration of our global compensation programs. You will partner with our Director, Compensation and other key stakeholders such as, leaders, managers, People Partners, Finance, etc., to provide insights and recommendations for our remuneration programs. You will create and administer compensation related tools and events in Workday and other related Total Rewards applications. You will also help to design and deliver Compensation related education programs to a variety of learners.What you’ll be doing:
  • You will conduct compensation market analytics to interpret and understand our data and provide insights
  • You will create and maintain global compensation salary and equity structures
  • Partner with People Partners, HRIS, Finance, Stock Admin and Talent Acquisition, etc., on tools, data, and process for all areas of compensation
  • Regularly interact across the organization to address compensation issues and questions to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Assist on the development and execution of training and education for leaders, people managers and employees in order to enhance their knowledge level of compensation and rewards programs
  • You will ensure that our salary survey submission are prepared and delivered on time
  • Support multiple compensation programs and work on compensation projects in Workday and other compensation tools and applications
  • Work on process improvement projects across to deliver more operationally effective Compensation programs
  • Participate in the bi-annual company performance review by supporting the set up and facilitation of compensation market reviews and promotions
  • Provide analytics to leadership to support them with Compensation decision making

We’re excited about you because you’ll have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. PHR, SPHR, CCP certification highly preferred
  • Requires 5+ years of compensation related work experience
  • Must be able to build salary and equity ranges based on appropriate market benchmarking sources
  • Must have demonstratable market analytics experience in supporting and evaluating compensation models and processes and can conduct job leveling analysis
  • You have strong Compensation modeling and analytics skills with Excel skills including advanced features such as, pivot tables, look-ups, macros, etc
  • You have experience supporting focal merit and bonus programs
  • Extensive background in utilizing Radford and other benchmarking survey tools
  • An understanding of FLSA and other compensation legislated requirements is required
  • You have excellent organization skills and a high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can create and deliver on compensation/rewards education programs
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential people data
  • Experience with Workday is highly desired
