Job Description
- The HR Specialist is expected to oversee all HR processes and activities. They are expected to have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. They must be comfortable working with grey areas and strive for the employee’s wellbeing and the company’s compliance to the law.
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Updating Company databases.
- Work on all of HRs duties and strive to improve them from your field of study.
- Support all internal and external HR related requests.
- Point of contact with different vendors and partners.
- Guarantee the completion of compensation and benefits documentation.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and other agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports in a timely and factual manner.
- Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Give valuable insight into possible HR improvements from your field of study.
Requirements
4-year degree or studies in progress in an HR related major from an accredited college or University.
Up to 2 years proven work experience in HR.
Familiarity with the office suite
Understanding of HR functions and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of your field of study
English B2
