GIS Developer

Job Description
Professional in charge of developing desktop components, web and/or mobile software using GIS (Geographical Information Systems), and performing development test for the integration with other subsystems in accordance with development and project standards. After hiring, resource will receive additional training in GIS development.
Requirements
· 4+ years of software development experience (web, mobile, desktop) J2EE (Spring,JSP, JDBC, J2EE)
WEB (JQUERY, Dojo, ,CSS ,HTML, JAVACRIPT ).
· 3+ year of web development experience
· 1+ year of web development experience with ArcGIS
· Strong Problem-Solving and Analytics skills to understand complex requirements, define advanced technical/functional solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify fixes.
· Good writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
· English is a plus, not a must
Soft Skills Set
· Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience and relevant stakeholders.
