What we are seeking
This role will:
- Generate technical and functional guides, for new features, as well as best practices, and other required information with low and high complexity, for all products of the Bizagi Platform.
- Design, create and maintain the Bizagi Knowledge Base.
- Generate any required material to teach/facilitate Bizagi’s use, including videos and documents.
- Analyze product features and generate feedback for the Product team
- Receive developments, test them and document them to be published in the public stores. Participate in Internal forum responding to internal questions about the use of the product
Requirements
- Bachelor`s degree on electronic or systems engineer (Technical Profile)
- Advanced learning skills
- Can analyze holistically new features delivered in every version.
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
- Persistent person that can tackle any new technology or feature.
- Advanced research skills.
- Able to multi-task activities and adapt priorities and behaviors as Bizagi evolves
- Basic programming skills in Database (SQL) Mandatory
- Can communicate fluently in English and Spanish, orally and in writing Level B2 C1 is mandatory for the position.
