About the role
Build our Revenue Operations team. Our Revenue Operations team will own sales forecasting and reporting, pricing tools and sales deal management, and the ally onboarding and activation process. You will build a commercially savvy and operationally excellent team, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and working under our CFOWhy join us

What you will do
  • Develop and own the sales forecasting and reporting process, building a culture of forecast achievement and performance. Reach 90% forecast accuracy by the end of the first year. Own all sales reporting and forecasting across the company.
  • Develop automated pricing tools, increasing both revenue per deal and sales conversion %. Define minimum revenue per deal in partnership with Risk team.
  • Build and scale a successful ally onboarding process, resulting in 90% + ally onboarding success (defined as allies hitting their origination expectation at deal-signing). Build out methodologies, processes, monitoring, and campaigns necessary to get to these goals. Partnered with our technology, operations and marketing teams to build an industry-leading activation process.
  • Serve as strategic advisor and idea generator for our Head of Sales and leadership team, using your data insights to drive revenue, growth, and ally satisfaction
Requirements
  • Impeccable analytical skills. Successfully performed in analytically-intensive environments, such as sales, revenue operations, FPamp;A, banking, and consulting, and used those analytical skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Curiosity. Have developed and uses a strong sense of curiosity to get to actionable truths and insights. No detail is too small in pursuing the right answer.
  • Commercial acumen. Have successfully operated in a commercial environment (sales, business development). Experience in setting and achieving sales targets is a big plus.
  • Business judgment. Have successfully developed and applied business judgment. How do we define business judgment? Decisions that you’ve made that have led to great business outcomes.
  • Intensity. Have worked and performed in a high-energy environment under pressure and enjoy doing so. You have successfully contributed to the success of a deal, a high growth company, or a turnaround situation.
