Distribution Clerk

• 1. Stock Responsibilities:
• Organization of all merchandise/stock
• Reconcile inventory overages and shortages related to the distribution process
• Ensure proper stock distribution procedures are followed
• Monitor inventory levels for outages and communicate with the Manager
• Set issue periods and ensure compliance to public health mitigation practices during the process
• Conduct trailer/container inventory as directed
• Assist with counting and verification of broken stock
• Verify and store sales personnel personal stock
• 2. Shipping and Receiving:
• Verify all inbound shipment quantities to packing list
• Verify all outbound shipment quantities to packing list and bill of lading
• Communicate with truck driver for trailer/container parking
• 3. Supervision of Stockmen and Others as Required:
• Plan, organize, and direct stock transfers
• Direct load-in and load-out of all trailers/containers
• Cleanliness in and around work areas
• 4. Assist management in location of storage areas for stock and equipment trailers/containers
• 5. Administrative Duties:
• Organize all issue request documents
• Obtain signatures for final issue documents
• Assist with nightly settlement duties as needed
• 6. Monitor and communicate to manager the maintenance needs for the trailers/containers
• 7. Assist With Selling Periods as Determined by the Manager
• 8. Role model and enforce company policy, included but not limited to:
• Safety standards
• Unit Travel
• Living conditions (hotel)
• Public health mitigation policies amp; procedures
• Assist with Venue Next Process (where applicable)
• Pull merchandise as needed
• Assist with assembly of product for advance orders
• Assist with distribution of product to customers as needed
• 10. Other duties as assigned by Concessions Manager

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years Shipping amp; Receiving experience - Warehouse and/or Inventory management preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Valid Passport (must be able to work domestically and internationally)
• Highly organized
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Basic computer skills working knowledge of Excel
• Ability to travel 100%
• Multi-lingual a plus
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50lbs.
