About This Opportunity
Puulse Marketing is on the hunt for a Human Resources Manager to bolster our team in Medellin, Colombia. This vital position supports our mission by ensuring our team members are empowered, proficiently trained, and deeply aligned with our core values.
With our global presence expanding across Canada, the USA, and now Colombia, your role will be instrumental in architecting our Human Resources Department from its inception in Medellin.
The HR Manager will be pivotal in maintaining our culture of meritocracy and commitment to creating a culture of growth and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Employment Agreements and Policies: Collaborate with senior management to craft employment contracts and HR policies tailored to Colombian law and corporate culture.
- Onboarding: Guide new employees through the onboarding process, introducing them to Puulse's culture and values.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employees, creating a supportive and engaging workplace.
- Training and Development: Spearhead training initiatives that resonate with Puulse's emphasis on personal and professional growth.
- Performance Management: Oversee a performance appraisal system that fosters high performance and mirrors our meritocratic ethos.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Guarantee adherence to Colombian employment laws and regulations. Keep abreast of HR best practices and integrate them within the organization.
- HR Strategy: Play a key role in formulating HR strategies that align with Puulse's objectives and vision.

Requirements
What's Required
- Local Expertise: Profound knowledge of Colombian labor law and HR practices.
- Experience: Solid background in HR management, ideally within a dynamic, growth-driven setting.

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English.
