We are currently expanding and looking to add a talented, skilled, and experienced DevOps Cloud Engineer to join our team in Colombia. It is a completely remote work opportunity and the successful candidate will lead a team of Cloud and DevOps to oversee projects of varying size and complexity.
**This will be a remote position, working from home**
Responsibilities:
- Working with Containers (Kubernetes, Docker, Registry)
- Working with Networking, certificates, Oatuh, AzureAD, ASE, ASP, AKS, Azure Apps, Load Balancers, Application gateway, API Management, SqlServer on Azure
- Working on DevOps processes, tools and procedure
- Working with AzureDevOps (work items, git, repos pipelines, environments, releases, artifacts)
- Knowledge in release flows (Automated testing, code analysis, etc.)
Practices with application operation monitoring and change management (Azure Monitor, Splunk, App Insights, etc.) - Supporting configuration management activities (KeyVault, Azure App Configuration Service)
Requirements
- Candidate with +6 years as a DevOps Engineer
- Extensive experience and knowledge on Kubernetes orchestration and containerization
- Hands-on experience with security tools and vulnerability scanning in DevOps pipelines.
- Familiarity with Azure security services and features.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure services, and on-premises infrastructure management
- Proven experience in DevSecOps or a similar role
- Work closely with development and operations teams to embed security practices into CI/CD pipelines.
- Set up and monitor security alerts and events to identify and respond to potential security incidents.
- Develop and maintain automated security testing and deployment scripts.
- Utilize tools like Terraform to automate the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
- Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet,python,bash powershell).
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Terraform, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
- Certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) and Kubernetes (e.g., CKAD, CKA, CKS).
