Position: Operations Assistant
Salary Range: 1500 to 2400 USD
Type of contract: independent contractor
Duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to ensure financial documentation is up to date.
- Monitor and manage email correspondence.
- Prioritize and organize emails, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas.
- Attend meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings as needed.
- Maintain organized records of important documents and data.
- Implement efficient filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Support data entry and management tasks.
- Will act as the main point of contact between client and team.
- Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and assist in budget tracking.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar operations or executive assistant role. (Must have)
- Proficiency in Asana for task management. (Must have)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.
- Advanced skills in Google Docs for document creation and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Canva for basic design tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
