Position: Bilingual Customer Service Agent
Working Hours: M-F 12pm-8pm EST
Salary: 100USD to 1500USD

Summary of Position:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish amp; English) Customer Service Agent to support our direct-to-consumer hardware and consumables business based in South Florida. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers with inquiries related to our product, as well as providing support on logistics matters.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries regarding our machine, FAQs, troubleshooting, and any other related issues.
- Provide assistance and guidance on logistics questions, including order status, shipping, and returns.
- Utilize Zendesk and other provided tools efficiently to manage customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
- Utilize knowledge of Stripe (preferred) and experience with Shopify (ideal) to address payment and platform-related issues effectively.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in a consumer-facing environment.
- Proficiency in Zendesk is preferred, although training will be provided as necessary.
- Familiarity with Stripe and Shopify is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
