Salary Range: $1,800 - $2,100

Payment Frequency: Monthly

Scope of the Role

As a Shopify Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the customer service team as an escalation point for decisions on refunds and discounts. Your responsibilities will also include setting up promotions, managing the front end of the website, executing site designs, managing order flow, and reporting sales.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Supports customer service team as an escalation point for decisions on refunds/discounts,
• Sets up promotions, reports sales, and administrative reports.
• manages the front end of the website such as changing hero images and banners, executes against site designs
• Management of order flow.

Requirements

• English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Shopify administrator.
• Professional-level written and spoken English communication skills.
• Prior experience with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) preferred
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Amazon MCF, Figma/canva basic needs in design.
