Position: Sales Manager

Working Hours: M-F 9am-6pm PST

Salary: 1,200USD to 2000USD

Type of contract: Independent contractor / independent professional

Summary of Position:

The Sales Manager will be in charge of driving growth and meeting sales targets through effective management of the sales team. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic business plans to expand the customer base and ensure a strong market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication and influencing skills, and the ability to lead the sales process from planning to closure.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Take over the lead management process
  • Manage all incoming leads effectively
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Conduct cold outreach to set appointments.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with potential clients.
  • Fill up calendars with appointments and meetings.
  • Send out proposals to potential clients.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a Sales Manager role.
  • Experience with any CRM tools is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
