Position: Client Relations Specialist
Working Hours: 8 am - 5 pm Pacific Time (PST), Monday to Friday
Holidays: US Holidays
Salary: 1000 - 1800 USD
Benefits: 12 days of PTO and Medical allowance (after 6 months)
Performance Bonus:
- Sales appointment bonus (per appointment scheduled after threshold; i.e. expectation is to set 100 appointments per month for our field sales, they are bonused per appointment set above threshold)
- Lead management bonus (for surpassing % conversion rate; i.e. if we close gt;70% of paid leads over the phone and technicians successfully perform an assessment)
- Team performance bonus (i.e. if we surpass our profit targets, will receive % of the exceeded amount)
- Client satisfaction bonus (i.e. if we remain within the 90% satisfaction rating)
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales and Scheduling: Cold call local businesses, effectively communicate services, and schedule appointments.
- Inbound Lead Management: Handle incoming calls, provide detailed service information, and collaborate for smooth client transitions.
- Client Relations: Follow up post-service for feedback, resolve concerns promptly, and contribute to high customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Manage call transfers, assist with tasks, and participate in training for alignment with company values. Performance is evaluated based on set appointments, closed sales, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
