You will be joining the Growth Team that is responsible for:

  • Define and develop the growth strategy of the company.
  • Identify and develop international geographical expansion opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new growth channels.
  • Explore grey label opportunities, resellers partnerships, joint ventures, and other growth strategies by market.
  • Develop the B2B and B2B2C strategies and key markets.
  • Manage new channels Pamp;Ls.
  • Coordinate and align resources across the company to develop the business: Finance, Call Centre, Operations, Technology, Product and Marketing.
  • Establish local alliances to build strategic partnerships to drive company growth.
  • Explore and lead Mamp;A opportunities that complement Exoticca’s growth.

What is our proposal?

The profile we are looking for is commercial, with the main objective of optimizing the two partnerships in the territory. The business development in CO, as in most of the markets where we are in the B2B Latam, they are large distribution channels with a pipeline of huge projects with many suppliers seeking the volume of these channels.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct needs analysis of current partnerships to optimize them.

- Research and analyze the tourism market to identify growth opportunities.

- Design and implement effective commercial strategies to achieve sales objectives.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty.

- Develop fluid communication with customers to capture opportunities and needs, such as product suitability, tools, commercial campaign management, promotions, etc.

- Perform periodic follow-ups to ensure continuous customer satisfaction.

- Identify and prospect new potential customers in the tourism market.

- Making effective presentations to highlight the company's services and products.

- Closing commercial agreements and contracts with new clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development in the tourism industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local and international tourism market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results oriented.
  • Proactivity to present opportunities and solutions .
