Position: Full Stack Software Developer
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8am to 5pm CST
Salary: 3000 USD

Summary of Position:
The Software Developer is responsible for building and implementing functional programs. You will work with other Software Developers, Software Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the software development life cycle. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and technical skills, has experience with multiple coding languages, and is highly comfortable working in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement new software programs
- Produce clean, efficient code based on provided specifications
- Analyze user requirements
- Write and test code to ensure compatibility and stability, refine, and rewrite as necessary
- Monitor quality and performance of applications through testing and maintenance
- Create clear technical specifications
- Expand existing software to meet the changing needs of our customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience
- 4+ years’ of software development or programming experience
- Have a thorough understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures
- Experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, and/or Python
- Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
- Have a logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving
- Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, cross-functional team in a start-up environment
- Proven experience to take ownership and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
