Researcher (Screening)

The Screening Researcher role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the VANTAGE Screening product line to multiple clients. This is a research-focused role requiring excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Tasks amp; Responsibilities

Delivery

• Complete Screening workload as required across different jurisdictions on time and at expected quality.
• Monitor and help deliver client agreements to ensure work is completed according to scope.
• Assist non-dedicated analysts on the Delivery team with screening-related questions.

Operations amp; Product

• Capture client requirements and feedback for consideration in product enhancements / roadmap.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the screening processes / tools.

Requirements

Essential

• Excellent attention to detail
• Interest in database screening, AML/KYC issues, Sanctions monitoring and eagerness to learn
• Ability to summarise, process and communicate information clearly for clients and internal teams

Desired

• Knowledge of one or more additional languages, particularly Russian, Farsi, Mandarin Chinese, and/or Arabic.
• Background in International Relations or regulatory compliance.
