Position: Account Executive LATAM
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm Central Time
Salary Range: $1,500 - $1,800 + Commissions
Payment Frequency: Monthly

Scope of the Role
As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for looking for new customers. You will also need to learn and know our pricing structure to ensure the company maintains its profit margins. Finally, as the company grows, you will also discuss product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. You should be growth-minded, persistent, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in both a team and independently. An inclination to roll up your sleeves and solve problems by doing whatever is needed to get the job done is essential.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Immediately reach out to prospective clients via phone to qualify leads for the agency.
- Familiarize yourself with all services offered by the Agency and local geography for service provision, answering inquiries, and quoting costs.
- Become an industry expert on non-medical home care, educating prospects on available options and services.
- Schedule prospects for in-home care assessments.
- Conduct up to fifteen follow-ups with prospects until the lead can be closed.
- Communicate with prospects through voice, text, and email.
Requirements
- English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with the full cycle of sales. MUST HAVE!
- Strong communication skills.
- Experienced inside sales professional with a passion for sales and personability.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational progress, program effectiveness, and results.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in office data systems such as Microsoft Office and Windows-based operating systems.
