We are constantly looking for sales professionals to implement effective sales strategies and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers and partners in the North America!

What You’ll Do:
  • Take an active role in promoting our international project, driving its success.
  • The area of responsibility is the USA.
  • Process incoming registrations of new partners in real-time (calls, verification, onboarding).
  • Provide partners with extended training on our system.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Initiate deals with potential partners from assigned portfolios through proactive cold calls.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting.
  • Provide market amp; competitive environment analysis.

Requirements

Who You Are:
  • Relevant experience. 1 year of inbound sales or customer success/service experience within the hospitality and travel industry.
  • Tech-savvy. Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Excel. CRM, booking platform or other internal system is desirable (nice-to-have).
  • Education. Bachelor's degree (in progress or graduated).
  • Personal skills. Ambitious, team player, eager to learn, proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills. Capable of working with databases and good with numbers.
  • International mindset. Adaptability to multicultural environments, reflecting our global presence.
  • Be Your Own CEO. Work independently with a high level of accountability.
  • Think outside-the-box. Develop and implement creative solutions to challenges.
  • Language Proficiency. Native Spanish and Advanced/Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Location. Colombia.
