Position: Senior Software Developer
Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm M-F USA Mountain time
Salary Range: 3500 - 5000 USD
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Code and complete user stories
- Assist with technical questions and user story architecture
- Ability to effectively use AI tools to accelerate development times
- Participate in daily standups
- Properly document software
- Collaborate in sprint planning
- Maintain a list of technical debt stories
- Attend management standups and weekly meetings
- Mentor and assist the development team through questions, pull requests, and coaching
- Monitor and assist with customer service issues (including some off-hours and weekends)
- Handle ad hoc queries as requested
- Perform release deployments
- QA own stories
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Must have)
- 4+ years of experience in similar roles (Must have)
- Proficiency in the following technologies: C#/.NET, Vue.js, MVC/Razor, HTML, MS SQL (Must have)
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices (Must have)
- Ability to quickly learn new code and technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- DevOps experience is a plus
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or online retail is a plus
