Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays 8am-5pm CST
Holidays : Local holidays
Salary Range : 1400-1700 USD/month

Scope of the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized professional with a proven track record in efficiently managing design projects from inception to launch. You should be adept at using project management tools, particularly Asana, and possess strong communication skills to act as the primary liaison between our internal team and clients.
Duties and responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Proactively plan, find solutions, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Serve as the Project Manager and Lead Contact for all branding projects.
- Utilize Asana for project management, including task assignment and deadline tracking.
Project Phases Management:
- Oversee all phases of a design project, including creative briefing/planning, identity, design, copywriting, revisions, and website design amp; programming.
- Ensure technical SEO is at 100% for project launch.
Client Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the internal team and clients.
- Gather and document client feedback, and effectively communicate with designers, copywriters, and web developers.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding schedules, updates, revisions, and project progress.
- Minimize additional revisions through frequent and open communication with clients.
Forecasting and Budgeting:
- Forecast and budget time and resources for each project.
- Manage deadlines to ensure the team delivers creative assets as promised to clients.
- Keep projects on budget and on task, minimizing extra hours during revisions and post-client approval adjustments.
- Adjust timelines, budgets, and availability to align with client goals and expectations.
Team Coordination:
- Coordinate and oversee the internal team, prioritizing work and resources across engagements.
- Advocate for the team and manage client expectations to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (Must have)
- 2+ years of experience as project manager at a creative agency (Must have)
- Experience managing 20+ projects at a time (Nice to have)
- Experience managing project budgets (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with websites and Webflow as a platform. (Nice to have)
- Project management certification/education (Nice to have)
