Scope of the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in representing our products and shaping our business strategy. This role involves engaging in a new project centered around an AI-powered hiring tool. You will be responsible for lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to various aspects of business and product development. This is a full-time position with a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic startup.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Market Research and Representation:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and enhance our business strategy.
- Represent Noxx's products and services in a compelling manner.
- Lead Generation and Management:
- Generate and manage leads, qualifying them as sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools and cold emails to identify new sales prospects.
- Client Engagement and Communication:
- Arrange meetings or calls between prospective customers and our CEO.
- Participate in meetings alongside the CEO, communicating outcomes effectively.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Develop and track sales targets and provide regular reports using CRM software.
- Support to CEO and Team:
- Assist the CEO in various aspects of product and business development.
- Support administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency.
- Marketing Involvement:
- Engage in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
- Work closely with the engineering team, contributing to product development processes and providing feedback.
Requirements
- C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Must Have)
- 3+ Years of demonstrated experience as a Business Development Manager (Must Have)
- Practical knowledge of lead generation and management. (Must Have)
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for tracking and reporting sales activities. (Must Have)
- Proven experience in identifying new sales opportunities through cold emails and marketing. (Must Have)
- Previous work experience with startups. (Nice to Have)
- Expertise in market research and contributing to business strategy. (Must Have)
- Strong background in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation. (Must Have)
- Participation in product development, especially collaborating with engineers. (Must Have)
- Demonstrated hardworking attitude.
