About the position:

The Human Resources Professional is a senior professional position that will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including employees, leaders, and human resources teams at both local and global levels. Their primary role is to provide expertise and services in human resources, actively proposing solutions to enhance processes and employee experience. This will encompass areas such as recruitment planning, career development, talent management, learning and development, compensation, employee relations, recognition programs, and professional growth, among others. This role demands the ability to feel comfortable working across a broad spectrum of human resources-related issues, projects, and initiatives.

The position will be located in Sao Paulo and will be a part of two teams within Wildlife Works: the Brazil Country Team and the LatAm Human Resources Team, which is based in Colombia.

What will be your main responsibilities?

· Facilitate the organizational design process for operations in Brazil, focusing on understanding and addressing both current and future business needs.

· Collaborate closely with leadership teams to develop effective talent recruitment and retention strategies.

· Actively coordinate the hiring process, from identifying needs to successfully integrating new employees.

· Support the design and implementation of talent management programs, encompassing performance management, professional development, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

· Contribute to strategic workforce planning and succession by identifying and nurturing internal talent for key roles.

· Oversee and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations in alignment with organizational objectives, ensuring a fair and equitable work environment.

· Provide guidance to leaders and managers on labor issues, human resources policies, and conflict resolution.

· Design and implement competitive and motivating compensation and benefits systems for the staff.

· Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

· Maintain accurate and comprehensive personnel records and generate reports supporting strategic decision-making.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with external entities such as recruitment agencies, benefit providers, and professional associations to drive excellence in human resources management.

Requirements

Essential Knowledge and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field relevant to the position.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating HR subsystems or HRBP, understanding HR subsystems in a generalist profile.

· Strong experience in managing and fostering positive employee relations.

· Advanced proficiency in English and native proficiency in Spanish.

· Proficiency in Portuguese is desirable.

·Thorough knowledge of Colombian labor laws and regulations

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a requirement.

· Desirable: Familiarity with project management methodologies.
