Submit your CV in English, and we’ll get back to you!We invite a skilled Solution Architect specializing in Angular and .NET technologies to join our team and drive the development of our payroll platform that automates business processes for small and medium businesses. You'll contribute to supporting and expanding the functionality of an existing system, elevating its capabilities to ensure accurate payroll processing for thousands of users globally.

Is that you?

• 8+ years’ full-stack development expertise, focusing on the frontend (Angular)
• Solid .NET knowledge and experience
• 1+ year’ experience as Solution Architect
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud
• Cloud Native Architecture knowledge, including IaC and cloud-based software architecture components
• Ability to effectively collaborate with others, including gathering input from delivery teams for architectural decisions
• Deep understanding of software solution interactions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Desirable:

• Experience creating technical documentation
• Experience in solution diagraming

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll use your expertise and skills to ensure seamless collaboration between technical and strategic aspects of the project, contributing to the overall success and scalability of the product.

• Become a subject matter expert, owning and understanding the entire solution
• Collaborate with Product Owners for safe product delivery; act as a technical PO for the team
• Take ownership of and advocate for prioritizing architectural technical debt
• Facilitate backlog creation
• Work with cross-functional teams on solution improvements and modern architecture
• Maintain Architecture and Standards within implementation teams
• Ensure standard maintenance across teams for a sustainable and scalable product
• Diagnose and resolve architecture issues and risks
• Conduct build reviews to ensure the design documentation matches the implemented solution
• Contribute to a community of practice, providing feedback and proposing new ideas
