Position: Sales Operations Manager

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST

Salary Range: $1,900 - $2,400 USD (Based on experience)

Location: Only LATAM

Scope of the Role

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies, ensuring robust revenue growth. Your role extends to overseeing daily sales operations, encompassing forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking. Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional departments such as marketing and finance, you'll analyze sales data and market trends, identifying opportunities for enhancement and delivering actionable insights. Your responsibilities also involve the establishment and upkeep of sales operations policies and SOPs, as well as the mentorship and guidance of a dynamic sales operations team. Additionally, you will collaborate with the IT department to optimize the utilization of sales technology tools and systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales function.

Duties and responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, managing sales forecasting, pipeline, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with departments, including marketing and finance, to execute sales initiatives seamlessly.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain sales operations policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales operations professionals, offering guidance for performance and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to optimize the use of sales technology tools and systems.

Requirements

  • English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with remote U.S. organizations in sales roles. MUST HAVE!
  • Professional-level written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot (required) Google Suite (required) Asana (required) MUST HAVE!
  • Hands-on experience in managing sales teams, and customer success.Nice to have!
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different areas of the organization.
