Position: LATAM Project Manager

Salary range: $1,200-$1,900

Support Shepherd is a headhunter agency that is passionately dedicated to finding top overseas talent for our clients. We are looking for a LATAM Project Manager to join our Client Team. The successful hire will report to our Director of Paid Marketing to focus on detailed documentation and project management. This person has to be skilled in organization, creating order, Loom videos, Asana collaboration and instrumentation of tools, and detailed documentation of tasks that are very clear.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up project plans.
• Reporting.
• Analyze risks and opportunities.
• Monitor project progress and handle and issues that arise.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Manage all aspects of the project from requirements definition to post-implementation support.
• Active management of project scope amp; budget.
• Monitor amp; report status and progress of projects to Management.
• Accountable for project delivery that meets all customer expectations, on time and on budget.
• Managing multiple projects from conception to completion, anticipating challenges and meeting deadlines.
• Provides project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Requirements

• At least 1-4 years of experience in the similar role.
• Experience in performance marketing, data, teamwork, paid search, and paid social marketing.
• Proficiency with Asana, Slack, Google Drive/ GSuite, Loom and Notion.
• Experienced in handling multiple projects and teams.
• Has excellent communication skills.
• Has great attention to detail.
• Organizational Skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Requires minimal supervision.
• Understanding/knowledge of CRM.
