Role overview
As an Associate Real Estate Project Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to engage in various aspects of real estate development. Responsibilities
- Procurement: Work closely with procurement experts to ensure materials and equipment for construction and renovation projects are acquired efficiently, much like a pro-athlete.
- Financial Analysis: Engage in financial analysis to confirm that our projects remain within budget and financially viable, demonstrating your ability to handle financial matters like a pro.
- Communication: Maintain strong communication with contractors, vendors, and partners, ensuring that projects proceed according to plan. You'll be the diplomatic link between our team and our partners.
- Project Budgets: Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules, contributing to the financial planning and management of our projects.
- Timelines and Milestones: Help manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring that our developments progress smoothly and stay on track.
- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with vendors and partners to guarantee that tasks are completed in a timely manner, reinforcing our commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks and utilize Microsoft Excel to manage project-related data.
Requirements
- Experience: A background in real estate, specifically in real estate modeling and finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Passion for Real Estate: A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of real estate development.
