Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data analytics to monitor and optimize media performance continually. Utilize insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Oversee media placements across various platforms, including digital, traditional, and emerging channels, ensuring effective targeting and brand consistency.
  • Efficiently allocate media budgets to achieve desired results and maintain financial discipline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and integrated media strategies.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with media vendors, ensuring favorable terms, rates, and strategic partnerships.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance, report key metrics, and recommend adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and media innovations to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • minimum of 7 years of experience in media planning, buying, or management. Proven experience in data-driven decision-making is essential.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills are crucial for media performance evaluation and optimization.
  • Proficiency in managing media campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging channels.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving strategic goals.
  • Proven experience in vendor negotiation and management to achieve favorable terms and maximize ROI.
