Zipdev is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Strategist to join our US-based client's team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company's social media marketing efforts. By leveraging various social media platforms, you will help us enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our website. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who excel in remote work environments and understand the importance of effective communication.
As the social media manager, you’ll be responsible for implementing a strategy to grow and expand our social media audience, and interact with our current audience by driving informative and helpful discussion inside the group. Responding to messages and creating interaction with social media posts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Create and curate engaging social media content that aligns with our brand image and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media platforms for trends and opportunities to engage with our audience in real time.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to effectively reach our target audience.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Post to: IG, TikTok, FB, Groups, Linkedin, YouTube (Keenya Kelly and You, Me amp; Jesus)
- Content Calendar
- Video ideas (long and short), Shoot and edit videos
- Add caput captions
- Write descriptions
- Hashtags
- Post/Schedule
- Stories
- Answer Direct Messages
- Come up with Carousel and Image posts
- Learn about what is new
- Thumbnail titles for YT
- Suggesting livestream topics
- FB Group engagement and scheduling posts and events
The work schedule is 9-5 PM PST, with one hour for lunch break.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube and other social media best practices
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, great leadership skills, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, team player, Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Tech Savvy and enjoys engaging on social media
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred (but not required)
- Experience in social media engagement and strategy
- Must have 3 to 4 years of work experience as a Social Media Manager/Strategist
- Familiarity with scheduling software is preferred (but not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to create and curate engaging content that aligns with brand tone and style.
- Experience in analyzing data and using insights to optimize social media strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Currently living in Latin America
