Position: Product Operations Specialist
Working Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 9 am - 5 pm (EST)
Salary Range: $ 1,000 - 1$ 1,500
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Scope of the Role
As a Product Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the foundational processes that drive key aspects of the user experience. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and possesses a natural curiosity. When you encounter issues or opportunities for improvement, you proactively delve into the situation, formulate hypotheses and potential solutions, and effectively communicate your findings.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Navigate through operations queues to enhance our users' experience with our ever-evolving product. Examples include:
- Processing data to enhance the front-end user experience.
- Monitoring and mitigating fraud.
- Ensuring compliance adherence.
- Collecting data for special initiatives.
- Tackle and resolve incoming customer support tickets.
- Develop expertise in our product and user experience.
- Report bugs and issues concisely and clearly.
Requirements
- English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an operations, customer support, or analyst role. MUST HAVE!
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
- Previous experience in a startup environment. NICE TO HAVE!
- Experience working in a FinTech or financial institution. NICE TO HAVE!
