Salary: 1000 - 2000 USD/ Monthly

Scope of the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and delivering high-quality results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, streamline operations, and maintain effective communication with the MOA team and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and delivering high-quality results.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline operations and improve project efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources for successful project execution.
- Communicate progress updates to the MOA team and clients through email and Trello.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate conversations and updates to ensure smooth project progression.
- Monitor project progress and resource allocation to adhere to project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential project risks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership to keep them informed of project progress.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Manager role within the apparel manufacturing or related industry. (Must Have)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall. (Must Have)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively across teams. (Must Have)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Must Have)
- Strong experience working with Trello (Must Have).
- Experience with additional project management tools and others like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are beneficial but not mandatory.
