Position: Human Resources Manager (Latin America Region)

Salary Range: 2500-3500 USD/month.


Location: Remote (Colombia)

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs. per week, 9:00 am6:00 pm Colombian Time.

Language: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish required.

Type of contract: Independent Contractor Agreement.

Purpose:

The Human Resources Manager will provide strategic HR leadership across our operations in Latin America, significantly contributing to shaping our business strategy and driving aligned outcomes in various focus areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business plan and strategic direction.
  • Provide strategic guidance on HR to the management team in Latin America.
  • Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to support the organization's growth.
  • Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR employment law requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Promote a strong coaching and development culture within the organization.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate and provide guidance on team effectiveness and change management initiatives.
  • Implement DEamp;I programs in alignment with global strategies and local needs.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of international/global HR management experience, preferably within recruitment and staffing agency.
  • Proven track record in a large, international/global matrix company, demonstrating the ability to drive HR initiatives.
  • Proficient in local legislation, employment market, and compensation trends across Latin America and other regions.
