Your Mission
We are looking for a high-energy, hardworking team player. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will support the sales organization through customer, operational, and business support and act as the primary interface between sales and the operation units. This role is responsible for developing sales processes by helping clients in onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless handoff from Business Development team to onboarding;
- Assist Business Development team with the initial activation and setup of their merchants with Nuvei;
- Manage small team of implementation specialist and pre-sales engineer to deliver a smooth onbaording experience for merchants
- Guide merchants through the strategic marketing and sales decisions that must be made to deliver a successful implementation and integration;
- Respond and resolve merchants' concerns and issues in a timely and courteous manner;
- Track and document the full length of the onboarding process;
- Define areas for improvement and optimization of onboarding;
- Manage resourcing against a roadmap, and drive consistent leadership updates through weekly reporting and quarterly reviews;
- Meet and exceed performance metrics;
- Communicate professionally and effectively through verbal, written and video communication.
Requirements
- Business level of English;
- Additional fluent language is an advantage (Spanish and Portuguese);
- 1-2 years of experience and knowledge of the e-commerce/payments industry;
- Work experience as an Account Manager, Partnership Manager, Sales Onboarding Specialist or relevant role;
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization;
- Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player;
- Achievement-oriented, hard worker, capable of sustaining intense workload;
- Stress resilience.
