Position: Project Manager
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST. Flexible up to a 2 hour difference.
Salary: 2000-3000 USD/Monthly

Role overview
Our client is a dynamic and innovative conversion optimization agency specializing in the design, test, and management of high-converting landing pages amp; on-site experiences for ecommerce. They take pride in delivering exceptional results to their clients, and are on the lookout for a talented Project Manager to join their team.
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing projects. Your primary responsibility will be to organize, oversee, and streamline project processes, ensuring that our team meets client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Organize projects using tools such as ClickUp, Google Drive, and the Google Suite of tools.
- Set expected delivery dates for each project milestone.
- Complete briefs and create resources for A/B tests and projects.
- Supervise project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met or adjusted as necessary.
- Prepare slide decks and presentations for client meetings.
- Schedule and manage client calls.
- Organize weekly call notes and presentations for clients.
- Assist Strategists in generating monthly, quarterly, and cumulative reports for clients.
- Establish and maintain external channels with clients via Slack and other platforms.
- Create and manage client resources in various tools (ClickUp, Google Drive, Slack, Typeform, Figma, etc.).
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurately organized and shared with the client team.
- Oversee the Kickoff project and collaborate with Strategists to meet client-specific objectives.
- Develop dashboards in ClickUp for streamlined reporting on client pipelines, deliverables, and staff performance KPIs.
- Liaise with clients to obtain missing assets or address questions from specialist teams (design, development, data analysis).
- Review strategist tasks during standup meetings, ensuring that tasks stay on track.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing project management.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Slack, Asana, Google Drive, and the Google Suite.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with Zapier and Make (Integromat) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Figma is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
