The Senior Facilities Analyst supports the Facilities department's wide range of services and processes critical to the core business needs. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience, strong passion, focused on results, customer service oriented, with assertive communication skills and a can-do personality to make a tangible contribution to our entrepreneurial culture.
As Senior Facilities Analyst, You Will
- Procure the analysis of vendors, keep the master data up-to-date, align with compliance, analyze quotes, negotiate, and ensure savings and budget adherence
- Analyze data analyst and manage dashboard for deployment, reclamation, changes, inventories, expenses/budget, etc
- Map process flow and process construction to ensure continuous process improvement
- Ensure site maintenance calendar and execution
- Support various projects as assigned
- Oversight for ramp activities, including deployment preparation, follow up for deliveries, calls to recover equipment (reclamation)
- Design security and site organization campaigns
- Identify opportunities from data analysis and propose solutions
Requirements
As Senior Facilities Analyst, You Have
- University and/or College Diploma in Business Administration or any related field is preferred
- A combination of work experience and education will be considered
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Analyst roles for administrative areas (Logistics experience will be taken into account)
- Knowledge in data analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Medium English language level)
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, analytical skills
- Highly motivated and eager personality
- Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
- Ability to organize and deliver tasks with accuracy and timeliness
- Goal oriented and focused on results
