Position: Brand Manager
Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (EST). Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $1,200 - $2,000 USD (Based on experience)
Location: Only LATAM
Payment Frequency: Monthly
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor

Scope of the Role:
The brand manager serves as a crucial communication hub, streamlining interactions between team members, freelancers, contractors, and customers to enhance overall communication efficiency. They assume responsibility for handling time-consuming tasks that divert attention from specialized team duties. The brand manager continually assesses task requirements, seeking to understand their purpose and necessity, and eliminating redundant or unnecessary steps. Through simplification, optimization, task acceleration, and automation, they empower team members to concentrate on their specific roles.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members, content creators, and video editors to ensure timely delivery of advertisements on a weekly basis.
- Engage with customers by promptly responding to comments on advertisements daily, providing valuable assistance and information as needed, working to resolve issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Track bank deposits to maintain accurate financial records and ensure transparency in financial transactions.
- Dedicate 1-2 hours daily to respond to customer support tickets, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Set up advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram according to media buyer's specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance, 2-3 times weekly.
- Continuously update and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the business daily to monitor progress, make data-driven decisions, and optimize strategies for success.
Requirements
- English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with remote roles.
- Experience with Google Sheets, and Docs. Must have!
- Professional-level written and spoken English communication skills.
- Having a background in eCommerce is considered a plus. Nice to have!
- Experience with Google Sheets, and Docs. Must have!

- Experience in following KPIs, customer services, and administrative roles.
- Familiarity with social media campaigns.
