Is that you?

• 3+ years’ experience as an IT Project Manager
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of the best people management practices
• Proficiency in risk assessment and management, good task prioritization skills, strong sense of accountability
• Solid problem-solving abilities and a high degree of self-organization, motivation, and proactivity
• Good familiarity with SDLC and its components
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

• Business Analyst work experience
• Familiarity with the fintech domain

Key responsibilities and your contribution

As a Project Manager, you will be in charge of 1-2 Scrum teams and focus on coordinating project activities with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the team follows the processes that were previously agreed upon and keeping the team's work free of distractions.

• Utilize the best project management practices to help achieve software-related objectives
• Plan and distribute project work among team members to ensure smooth and timely delivery with the desired quality
• Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to projects
• Conduct change, stakeholder, and risk management
• Assist with onboarding new team members
• Be heavily involved with people management (motivation, personal development, career planning)
• Control project resources; report project plans to key stakeholders; ensure budgetary targets are met
