Hello LatAm, we are Support Shepherd, a headhunter agency that finds top overseas talent for our clients. We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging graphics for the client's website, social media platforms, and product labels. Your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing their brand identity, attracting customers, and driving sales.

Position: Graphic Designer

Working Hours: M-F 12 PM-6 PM EST
Salary: USD 1400 - 2000

Responsibilities:

1. Website Graphics:
   • Design visually appealing and user-friendly graphics for our website, including banners, icons, infographics, and other graphical elements.
   • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the seamless integration of your graphics into the website design.
   • Optimize graphics for web performance, considering factors like loading speed and responsiveness.
2. Social Media Graphics:
   • Develop eye-catching graphics for various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
   • Create engaging visuals that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our marketing messages.
   • Stay updated on current social media design trends and best practices to ensure our graphics are fresh and appealing.
3. Label Design:
   • Design attractive and informative labels for our products, considering factors such as packaging dimensions, legal requirements, and branding guidelines.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regulatory, to understand the product specifications and requirements.
   • Ensure the label designs are consistent with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
4. Creative Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with our marketing objectives.
   • Work closely with copywriters to integrate visuals with compelling written content.
   • Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our visual presence across all platforms.
5. Brand Consistency:
   • Maintain consistency in design elements, colors, fonts, and other brand guidelines across different platforms and projects.
   • Develop and maintain a design library or style guide for easy access and reference by the team.

Requirements

• 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing website graphics, social media graphics, and label designs.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience with designing graphics for responsive websites.
• Understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creativity, innovative thinking, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Knowledge of printing processes, color theory, and typography is a plus.
