Position: LATAM: Recruiter
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
Holidays: Local national holidays off and PTO
Salary Range: $1000 - $1500
Payment Frequency: TBD
Support Shepherd is a headhunter agency specializing in finding and securing top overseas talent for our clients. We are searching for a talented LATAM Recruiter to join our client's team. As a LATAM Recruiter, you will be part of the core team at a recruiting agency that specializes in placing unit and area-level managers for franchise businesses in the United States. The role will heavily emphasize interviewing high-potential candidates and recommending whether to move them forward in the hiring process based on established questions and criteria.
- Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews according to our established process.
- Make decisions on candidate advancement based on interview responses.
- Engage top candidates and sell them on the role they applied to.
- Listen intently to candidates' responses and ask follow-up questions as necessary.
- Secondary Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with passive candidates and follow up with active candidates
- Monitor and respond to submitted applications from candidates
- Ensure all candidates complete the required assessments
- Set and schedule interviews with candidates via phone, email, and SMS
- Track all activities in a timely manner in our CRM and ATS
- Organize information to share with clients via email and client-facing pages
- Handle (resolve or direct) incoming customer support calls and emails as needed
Requirements
- Has at least 2+ years of experience related to recruiting
- Proficient with the Microsoft 365 software suite
- Has excellent communication skills
- Reliable internet, and/or a backup method of connecting to the internet if your connection at home fails
