About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team.

The successful candidate will oversee and manage the daily sales operations, drive the team towards achieving sales targets, and continuously improve our sales strategies. Responsibilities

  1. Managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives, providing them with the necessary support and guidance.
  2. Overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
  3. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and forecasting sales performance.
  4. Collaborating with the sales and marketing departments to align strategies and streamline operations.
  5. Providing training, coaching, and feedback to the sales team to enhance their performance.- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales data and trends to senior management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with Vanillasoft, G-suite, Vicidial, and Slack is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work 40-50 hours per week.
  • Selected candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check.

Benefits

Pay is $4,500,000 - $7,500,000 per month
