Graphic Motion Creative Designer

As a graphic designer, you are responsible for creating physical or digital visuals to
communicate a specific idea. In a creative designer role, you won’t just be tasked with
just creating visuals, but often also the ideas, concepts, and innovations of it.
A motion graphics designer works with animation, audio, and visual effects to create
moving content and graphics for various media, such as television, the internet, and
film. Motion graphic designers work with creative teams to incorporate design elements
into a project.

Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience as motion designer
• Working with various design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and other video tools.
• Desirable experience on User interfaces (UI) and user experience (UX) design.

Responsibilities:

• Thinking creatively to generate visuals that connect with an audience.
• Internalizing insights from market research based on users’ behaviors and Trends
• Design principles: As a creative designer, you’ll need to know how to bring elements together, like color, imagery, and text, to convey a message.
• Ideation: You’ll generate and develop new ideas that align with the client’s needs.
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Creating motion designs for social media platforms such as Meta and Instagram
• Selecting audio, visuals, typography, and other design elements
• Working on layouts and the overall presentation of a campaign
• Working with different mediums and identifying the best option for each project
