• Develop and execute advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling ad copy, design, and landing pages.
• Monitor advertising performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to identify new advertising opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are executed within budget constraints.
• Analyze and report on advertising performance to senior leadership and make recommendations for future campaigns.
• Stay current with advertising regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in digital advertising, with proven success driving growth and revenue through advertising campaigns
• Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting effective ad copy and landing pages
• Knowledge of the alternative investment industry and a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Self-starter/entrepreneurial spirit
