We are looking for an experienced social media professional to lead a team specializing in driving growth, entertainment, and engagement on Robert Ventures' organic social media channels along with Manager's social profiles.
The specialist is vital to the growth of our brand, and the ability to connect, engage and build community is critical. The Specialist will be responsible for the vision and execution of a data-driven complete social media strategy to create an entire investor community in 2023. This role will be vital to the Robert Ventures global brand and critical for future business development and fundraising.
This is a full-time , remote position reporting to the CEO. Must be available EST and flexible for meetings, phone calls, etc., in the morning.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the social media brand strategy, delivering creative social-first content to increase followers, reach, and engagement across our core social channels.
- Responsible for planning and scheduling out content.
- Identify efficient ways to build, source, and curate still and video content for YouTube, IG, FB, Twitter, TikTok, Linkedin, etc.
- Mentor, encourage, and guide a small team to build new concepts that elevate the brand, are culturally relevant, and deliver results.
- Establish and develop KPIs for what success looks like.
- Report weekly on the performance of the brand and social platforms that will articulate areas of improvement.
- Build SOP’s and automations for all critical functions.
- Maintain cross-functional alignment, clear communication, and timely execution of programs with CEO and management teams.
- Identify influencer accounts and develop long-term collaborative relationships.
- Partner with existing communities to drive collaboration
- Continually explore new channels for Robert Ventures amp; Joe Robert to use to grow our social media reach
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media and marketing roles. Brand side experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of knowledge of the investing space specific to real estate, technology, and Web3
- Passion and desire to engage and serve community members
- Vision and ability to execute multiple social media strategies
- Proven track record of growing a significant social media presence from scratch to over 5,000 organic followers
- Possesses a proactive and results-oriented mentality, behaving with integrity and speed.
- Ability to make complex concepts easy to understand
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Vision and ability to execute multiple social media strategies with minimal direction needed
- Ability to implement AI tools in the process
