Position : CAD Designer

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, Flexible hours with overlap

Salary Range : 1500 2500 USD

• Create detailed CAD drawings, designs, plans, and models
• Produce renderings for exterior and interior designs
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure designs meet project requirements and specifications
• Maintain accurate records of all design work and communicate any changes or updates to relevant parties
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with CAD software and techniques
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality designs
• Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for process improvements
• Work with project management team to ensure projects are on deadline and within budget

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant role
• Proficiency with Revvit, CAD drawing systems, Google platforms and MS Office Suite
• Strong understanding of floor plans and blueprints
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
